Definition:

Ordinary Skill in the Art

Definition:
That level of technical knowledge, experience, and expertise possessed by the run-of-the-mill or ordinary engineer, scientist, or designer in the technology that is relevant to the invention.

Change Of Name

Definition:
Owners of trademark applications and registrations change their names, even though the actual ownership of the application or registration has not been transferred.

Trade Name

Definition:
A symbol used to identify and distinguish companies, partnerships, and businesses, as opposed to marks used to identify and distinguish goods or services.
